Prices are for Cyprus properties and are in UK Pounds (£sterling). Pricing is per property, not per person. |

Air conditioning is very expensive to run in Cyprus and is available as optional extra, the cost for air conditioning is an additional £50 per week. |

Terms and Conditions |
|
A deposit of £100 is required to secure any booking. This will be refundable after your stay assuming there is no damage caused to the properties or their contents. |
|
Once a rental enquiry has been made, a booking confirmation form will be completed which will need to be sent back together with the deposit for £100. (Cheques made payable to “Superior Locations”) |
|
The balance of your payment will need to be received within one month of your arrival, if the balance is not received (we will send you a reminder) then you risk losing your booking and your deposit. Air conditioning costs £50 per week (there are separate units in each of the bedrooms and one in the lounge) and is payable in advance of your stay. |

Smoking is not permitted inside the properties, and is allowed iin outside areas only. |
